From the refs point of view, most things were fine.
We had a bit of a problem when we discovered an hour before time in the the person who was meant to be on trial wasn't actually going to be there. Which kinda blew a lot of the plot that we had, so I guess we've learnt not necessarily to write plot which relies on the attendance of specific people. The whole Haybourne / Clark thing was made up on the fly
That basically took the crew out of action for the hour leading up to the event which meant that we didn't have time to meet & greet, go over queries etc
The site was good so no probs with that one. Couple of people mentioned that it was a bit dark in there. Sadly the only lights in the place were the flourescent overheads which were just a bit too bright
The rules seem to be holding up fine, though Downtime is a bit messy still. Think we might need to chop back a couple of things there and keep those a bit simpler to administer. People were getting confused with bits.
There are a couple of little typos in there as well
The NPC team works reasonable well. Most of the team only did 1 or two roles which worked ok. Ideally we'd have people only doing one but the "bit part" traders work for the game to get as much variety
People have mentioned bringing more things into the "economy" i.e gather food in downtime, sell it at the market so that other people get more DAP's. Its something we can look into
What other thoughts did people have. Good and bad (constructive criticisms please).... Ta |

the event itself was awsome as always. the only gripe i have is with the downtime, lack of herbs for the event and lack of things that i should have got, but that was due to a party being missing ooc.
i realy liked the feel of this event, with the danger just out there and the safty (ish) inside the market. think that we have brought the bravo's back into themselves.
the only other problems i encounered were ic problems with people not upholding the market truce.
so overall wikked game guys. think that downtime needs a bit of an overhall, but otherwise wikked game. _________________ ya want it? yeah ive got it. what ya got for me though guvna?? (morley) |

New favour rules meant that there were deals being made all over the place.
Being invited to Lady Palmera's tea party. "Movin' up in the world lads!"
Actually got to use Jury Rig!
Having our past come back to haunt us.
Having the nobles rally to our defence. For a price.
Being sure that certain people were trying to con me but unable to work out how they intended to make a profit on the deals.
Good to see the nobles getting more people sworn to them. Glad it's not us though.
Realising at the end of the game that Uncle Steve was there!
Disslikes:
I think we could have done with a bit more time at Lady P's tea party. It got broken up a little too early, I think. I was just getting comfortable.
Didn't realise it until after the game, but I never did get my free item for being a scavanger. It really wasn't a big deal though.
That's about it. I think the game's really taken on a definate shape now. And it's a good one. Can't wait for the next one. _________________ Hack, of The Foundry
